This was an incredible experience. The added mindfulness to the trip made it so much more impactful. Not to mention the incredible food, accommodations, our amazing guides, and the attention to every aspect of the trip which allowed us to focus on the experience instead of worrying about the details. Absolutely loved this Peru trip.

I had some difficulty getting there, due to flight delays, but the ROOTS team was there to assist me every step of the way. olutely loved how everything (and I mean everything) was included. No other company has done this and it just made it one less thing I had to worry about so I could completely relax and enjoy the trip. The trip itself was beyond amazing! I love how they integrated mindfullness and meditation. It was so nice to disconnect and be out in nature and reconnect with yourself and others. While we may have started off as strangers from all backgrounds and walks of life, we came together and developed an amazing bond over the course of a week. The Root leaders were such a valuable asset to the trip making sure both our bodies and mind were healthy and relaxed as well. The local guides were phenomenal and became part of our group. I love how all equipment was provided and their commitment to sustainability. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised with how delicious all the food was! I have to admit, I was a little nervous about the dehydrated food, but it was amazing! Every dinner was a 3+ course meal! The only 'negative' was there was too much food lol! (which meant we had to carry it all) Such an amazing experience and great trip! I am so glad I took a chance on this (new to me) company.
